Something is missing from my order
We will always endeavour to send your order complete. On rare occasions we may contact you to advise that part of your order is out of stock and ask if you would like to wait and receive your order complete or if you would like the item deleted and refunded so the rest of the order can be dispatched. If this is the case, we will dispatch the remaining part of your order as soon as it is available.
If your order is large, we may need to send it in two boxes. These boxes will be strapped securely together as one consignment, but on occasion, especially on long international deliveries, they could become separated. If this happens you may not be aware that you should have received two boxes as your documents will show one consignment. This is because the boxes are strapped together and treated as one box by the courier. If you have not received all your goods, please contact Customer Services at email@example.com providing your order number and we will do our best to work with the courier in locating your missing item(s) and getting them to you as soon as possible.Have more questions?
