I have an account – can I send to a separate address from my Billing address?
Yes, you can send your goods to a delivery address that is different to your billing address. Please ensure that the billing address is correct. The best way to do this is to enter and save your billing address to your account and then to add and save another address which will be your delivery address. You can add several delivery addresses if needed.
When it comes to paying for your order, you will need to select your billing address and the correct delivery address from the available tick boxes. If you need to add another delivery address during payment, you can do so at this stage by clicking ‘Edit your addresses’ and then ‘add address’. This will then add your new address to your saved options. If you are doing this in the middle of a transaction, you may need to refresh your browser for the changes to take effect.Have more questions? Submit a request
