If you are considering logging a dispute with PayPal because you have not received your goods in the timeframe you perceive as acceptable, please contact us, as if you have chosen Royal Mail as your courier, they can take up to 15 days to deliver a UK order or 28 days for an International delivery. This information is freely available on our website, in the delivery section and also on Royal Mail’s own website.
