How can I track my order and where can I obtain my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found on your dispatch email. If you cannot locate this, please contact Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and they will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
It is normal for a parcel bound for Ireland to not have any scans on it within the first few days of dispatch. Once the parcel is in Ireland it should show a scan and then be delivered very soon after.
